Mel Reynolds, International Sex Offender

I guess embarrassing the entire state of Illinois wasn’t enough to make former US House of Representatives member Mel Reynolds stay out of trouble. He had to go to a different continent to be a pervert.

He was lucky to get off with only about a $100 fine in US currency. His lawyers confirm that he has been deported back to the US. But, damn man.

Dude was already sentenced to five years back in the nineties for 12 counts of sexual assault involving a sixteen year old girl. Now he gets caught in Zimbabwe on an expired visa with all types of sex pix in his phone. What a character.

They didn’t press any charges about the pictures because if technicalities. I guess lots of people keep porn on their phone nowadays. It just seems like he should be extra cautious and going out of his way to walk the straight and narrow for the rest of his life. Instead, he chooses to look like a clown.

At least we can get a good laugh at him out of the deal.
