Murder Trial Brought to a Halt Due to Couple Having Sex

Written by on May 21, 2014

GENOA, ITALY – The trail of a Romanian man accused of murdering a 40-year-old Moroccan homeless immigrant came to an abrupt stop as the Judge noticed two people having sex.

Two staffers at an Italian court house took advantage of time alone and decide to have sex in a room adjacent to a court preceding. They apparently thought they couldn’t be seen, but the judge noticed their silhouette through the fogged glass that separates the rooms.

At one point during the hearing, the judge cast his gaze upwards and noticed their silhouettes, clearly visible behind the frosted glass.

Their discovery caused a commotion in court and forced a suspension of the trial of a Romanian man accused of murdering a 40-year-old Moroccan homeless immigrant in gardens next to a railway station last year.

The judge dispatched a court official to confront the lovers. (Telegraph.co.uk)

I know it caught them off guard when the “court official” busted in on them. I don’t know if I would’ve been willing to be the one to confront two of my co-workers in the middle of having sex on the job. But then again, maybe I would’ve love to have been the one. Whoever it was, has to have the best jokes. I had to have been either funny as hell, or it gave them nightmares.

The two reportedly “may be subjected to disciplinary measures.”

The Italian court system is unusually quiet at that time of year because many magistrates and officials take advantage of a series of public holidays to take off a week or more.

It seemed the couple were taking advantage of that and did not expect to be found out.
