The Weeknd glides into the number one spot on this chart for the first time as a solo artist with “The Hills.” Byson Tiller has made it all the way to number two. Missy Elliott leaps four more spaces to land at number three. Amiah Mariee’s “Crazy” is officially a top ten hit single, and so is “Used to Be” by Jerry White.
New music on the chart this time from Jerimih with “Oiu.” R. Kelly also has a new jam out there called “Switch Up” that features Jerimih and Lil Wayne. Rick Ross is up another spot to number 17, and “Where Ya At” by Future and Drake is up to number four. Peep the full chart:

After all the bickering over the title, Chi-Raq hit the theaters. This film is a traditional “Spike Lee Joint.” His movies, or “Joints,” do not follow the usual routes of character development. The actors frequently break out into entertaining musical numbers and short comedy skits about controversial topics. Spike Lee fans know to brace themselves for possible telephones that might fall out the sky from nowhere, or maybe an occasional upside-down camera shot. None of that happened this time. However, the cinematography does a fine job of capturing the city as the visual backdrop of the story.
Alessia Cara takes the number one spot with her sleeper hit, “Here.” DeJ Loaf is still near the top, and so is Geechie Mouf. Missy Elliot and Pharrell Williams move up four places to number 15 this week. Big Sean and Chris Brown are up to number seven with “Play No Games.”
R. Kelly made noise at the Soul Train Awards with “Back Yard Party,” even though is well into fall.
