Congratulations to Phil Jackson’s Los Angeles Lakers, who will advance to the Conference Finals for the 2nd consecutive season.

As for Rick Adelman’s Houston Rockets, they failed to reach their first Conference Finals appearence since 1997.

The Lakers will now face the Denver Nuggets in the Western Conference Finals, which begins Tuesday evening in Los Angeles.
