Head-to-head playoff meetings: This will be the first ever postseason meeting between Cleveland & Orlando.

January 29th, 2009@Orlando:

Dwight Howard’s 22 points & 18 rebounds powered the Orlando Magic to a 99-88 win over the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Rashard Lewis & Hedo Turkoglu also added 19 points.

LeBron James led Cleveland with 23 points, 8 rebounds & 8 assists despite shooting just 10-of-27 (37.0%) from the field.

Wally Szczerbiak added 14 off the Cavs bench, who outscored the Magic 32-13 in a losing effort.

March 17th, 2009@Cleveland:

LeBron James came through late in the clutch, as his 43 points, 12 rebounds & 8 assists powered the Cleveland Cavaliers to a 97-93 win over the Orlando Magic.

Mo Williams added 21, as the Cavaliers won despite getting just 5 points from their entire bench.

Rafer Alston led Orlando with 23 points & 5 steals, but Rashard Lewis scored just 6 points of 3-of-15 shooting.

April 3rd, 2009@Orlando:

Rashard Lewis led Orlando with 22 points, as 7 Magic players reached double-figures during their 116-87 thrubbing over the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Dwight Howard also added 20 points & 11 rebounds, as Orlando shot 53.7% from the field.

LeBron James led Cleveland with 26 points, 9 rebounds & 5 assists as he suffered his worst loss in 6 NBA seasons.

Mo Williams & Zydrunas Ilgauskas scored 10 points apiece for the Cavaliers, who shot just 36.9% from the field.
