Forte’s big day leads Bears to 23-6 win over Panthers..

No Jay Cutler? No problem for Matt Forte, who exploded with a season-high 166 rushing yards to lead the Chicago Bears to a 23-6 win over the Carolina Panthers.

Sunday’s game was also marred by an inconsistent Todd Collins, who completed only 6 of 16 passes for 32 yards & threw 4 interceptions, as he was replaced by Caleb Hanie late in the 3rd quarter.

The Bears are hoping to have Jay Cutler back next week, as they’ll play the 2-2 Seattle Seahawks at 12pm CST next Sunday at Soldier Field.
